What are the benefits of me purchasing in pieces?
By allowing you to purchase pieces it will enable you to offer greater choice and an enhanced service to your customers. Here are some ideas on how this could be achieved:-
- You can obtain non stocked products and have them delivered the next day. Make your customers aware you now have access to the entire OASIS® Floral Products range and can buy in lesser quantities. Place an order for pieces via our new web shop, you can have them delivered to your store for customer collection or direct to your customers shop.
- You could extend the range of products available within your business by placing orders for a more varied range of products at more frequent intervals. Choice could be increased but overall stock holding will be the same or even reduced.
How will the carton and piece service work?
You will be able to place an order mixing cartons and pieces. We will dispatch the carton order from our main warehouse these will be delivered on pallets using our freight partners, the pieces will be dispatched from our pick pack facility and sent separately via courier.

7:45am to 5:45pm - Monday to Thursday, 7:45am to 3:00pm - Friday
How soon can I receive my order?
The minimum carriage paid order value is £500 ex VAT. Cartons and pieces can be combined to reach the minimum order value. Cartons will be delivered within three working days (Order Monday, delivered Wednesday). Pieces will be delivered the next working day as long as your order is placed before 1.00pm. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
The minimum carriage paid order value is £1000 ex VAT. Cartons and pieces can be combined to reach the minimum order value. Cartons will be delivered within four working days (Order Monday, delivered Thursday). Pieces will be delivered within two working days as long as your order is placed before 1.00pm. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.
What happens if I'm out when my piece delivery arrives?
Our courier will send you an email and a text to confirm dispatch and an expected delivery time. On the day of delivery, they will advise you approximately 2 hours ahead of time that your delivery is on its way. You can change your delivery address or time slot if required. If you miss your delivery, a courier card will be left for you to rearrange the delivery.

Can I return goods?
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, we recognise there are some circumstances when products need to be returned to us. Please contact our customer service team on 0191 417 5595.
Can I have orders delivered to an alternative address?
Yes, your items can be delivered to an alternative address within the same Country i.e. if you order is placed in UK we can deliver to any address within the UK. You can enter an alternative delivery address at the checkout screen. If you place your order over the telephone please make our customer service team aware of any alternative delivery addresses.
What paperwork will accompany my piece order?
A pick slip will accompany the order. The pick slip will show Art No, Description, Quantity etc. It will not show any pricing.
