Order Cut off Times

The cut off time for placing your order via Purchase Order to the email address customerservice-UK@smithersoasis.com is 3 pm. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following working day.

All Weekend orders will be processed the following Monday.

The minimum order carriage paid value is £475.00 ex VAT.

Carriage paid delivery is our standard service where orders can be delivered anytime between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm.

If you require an AM/PM specific time you must select this at the checkout, if placing your order on the website. If you place your order via PO please specify AM or PM, this will not happen automatically. Time specific orders have a charge of £5.00 per order, which we will absorb but may appear on your shipping paperwork or documents.

Additions can be made until the 3pm on the day that your main order was placed. Please consolidate your additions and place them with us in one transaction. This should be done over the phone to the customer service team on 0191 417 5595. Please have your order number or reference number for your order available when you call.

For orders that do not meet the minimum order value for free carriage, please refer to the following chart.

*Orders will be delivered between 8:00am until 6:00pm.

*Customers on our premier stockist programme will receive their orders 24 hours quicker.

Urgent Carton Orders

We are also able to send out a maximum of 5 cartons via our urgent carton service.

Cut off time for placing orders is 12 noon. Please phone these through to the customer service department on 0191 417 5595. You will need the codes of the products you wish to order.

Deliveries are charged at: -

£10.00 per order, UK, next working day delivery*.

£12.00 per order, Northern Ireland, 2 working day delivery*

£15.00 per order, Southern Ireland, Highlands and Islands, 2 – 3 working day delivery

*Premier stockists can place 1 urgent carton order per day free of charge, delivery times remain unchanged
