Laura - National Account Manager UK Core

I have been with the OASIS® Floral Products team since February 2020; I’ve covered a variety of roles supporting our client base and the business through the Global pandemic and recession, however, have spent the majority of my time in the National Account Manager role serving some of our Wholesale Clients. Over the last few years, I’ve really come to respect and love our wholesale client base and I’m very excited to announce that upon my return from Maternity leave I will be taking over this channel; taking care of all Wholesale clients from 1st April 2023. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for me having already built such strong relationships with some of you already! It will allow me to have a full view of wholesale, help me understand all wholesale challenges and help me develop strategies to support this area and ensure you have what you need to service the florist and the entire supply chain following you!

For those who don’t know me, prior to working with OASIS® Floral Products, I owned an events franchise, studied Law and worked on my MBA as well as working in a wide range of client engagement and operational roles across the UK, Europe, Asia and America. I was lucky enough to work for some of the biggest FMCG brands in the World. This has given me a strong foundation for Brand, end consumer trends and working with wider supply chains.

In my spare time I love spending time outdoors with my little girl and family, I love to camp, travel, hike, eat, drink and experience new things.

I am very excited to bring our OASIS® Floral Products Wholesalers together and look forward to achieving amazing things with you all in the years to come.

Emma - Marketing Executive

I joined the OASIS® Floral Products marketing team in 2019 and have worked on some exciting projects. My role is really varied and keeps me on my toes! I have a passion for content creation, whether that is writing a blog, putting together a newsletter or project managing a photoshoot! 

My focus is the wholesale market and I work closely with Laura to create and execute strategies and plans.  

A little bit about me; I love music and tend to spend my summers partying at festivals and gigs. I also love the quieter side of life too. You will often find myself, husband and our boisterous black Labrador hiking in The Lake District, Yorkshire Moors or around the North East.

We have some exciting things coming your way in 2023, 2024 and beyond! 

Steph - Marketing & Sustainability Specialist

I’ve been with OASIS® Floral Products now for nearly six years, working within our marketing department. I have had the chance to work on lots of great projects over the years, covering all our different channels, and I have loved getting to know all our different customers in order to better support them.

I have a passion for sustainability, and in 2019 this led me to pursue a course in Business Sustainability Management with the University of Cambridge.

My role is now ‘Marketing and Sustainability Specialist’ and I am your go-to contact for all things sustainability! Whether you have questions about our products, or want to talk about sustainability in general, please don’t hesitate to get in touch!

Outside of work, I love to spend my time in nature, and particularly having wildlife encounters – my most recent was swimming with whale sharks!

I'm focused on delivering a great customer service experience and I'm enjoying getting to know all of our customers.

In my spare time I enjoy music, running and drawing.

Leading our Customer Service team, I will be continuing

to deliver our exceptional service levels to our customers across all arms of the business.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my partner and our dog, and I also have a keen insterest in history. 

Angela - Customer Service

I have over 20 years experience of working in Customer Service, so I am confident in managing a variety of enquiries.

In my spare time I enjoy reading, dancing and visiting National Trust sites. 

Claire – Floralife Expert

I joined the FloraLife team last year as a Technical Sales & Support Representative and have now moved over to join the OASIS Floral Products family.

I’m here to support florist and the wholesale market and help you understand how Floralife products can help reduce floral waste and save time. I know this is so important to florist right now, especially with the premium price of flowers and other increasing costs! I plan to roll out an education program to our wholesale channel, supporting their sales teams and their customers, so I will be dropping in to say hello very soon! I can’t wait to work with you all.

I am an ex-florist so feel I can bring a lot of enthusiasm and experience to the role. When I was 18, I opened my own business selling dried flowers, after eight years I sold this and opened my own florist’s shop. After over 20 years as a florist, I decided to sell my shop and spend more time with my family. I then went into corporate sales in the food industry and have come full circle again to my first love, the floral industry.

Outside the world of flowers, I enjoy mountain biking, walking, cooking for family and friends and disco dancing in her kitchen!
